My most celebrated experience comes from 5 years working up to Senior Sous Chef at the iconic Waterside Inn, the flagship 3 Michelin star restaurant of the Roux family.
The legendary British restaurant has hailed the country’s best and well-known chefs through its doors and is synonymous with a demand of the highest calibre of talent. Under the guidance of Michel and Alain Roux, I have been trained to the peak of French cooking. Instilled through my time with the Roux Family is the significance of flavour, attention to detail at the utmost level and importance of the customer.
I have since cooked for celebrities, heads of state and royalty as well as being a private chef to individuals and families, cooking on yachts and various locations around the world .
I am very much a people person and this comes across in my passion for providing an unforgettable experience for every client and guest no matter the theme or style of experience created.
